Dear Mrs Heikens, I am pleased to let you know that i have passed my final year exams at Chancellor College with flying colours. I have an average score of 66%. This implies i have passed with Credit. In a class where none has scored a distinction, I am among the top students in our course.

I thank the Nchima Trust for your financial support during the entire period of my studies. You have been so supportive and for that i will never forget the NT. It is my wish to continue been part of the NT. I can assure you that no matter how long it may take, but I will one day sponsor at least a student through NT. I believe that all should start with us.

Lastly, I would like to recognise Frank in a special way. He has been a source of unity to NT student group. I am sure he will make a good NT Malawi Rep in future. Also convey my appreciation to Janet. She was indeed nice to us all.

I will keep in touch.

COLLINS.

Hi Jeannette,

With great joy in my heart I write to inform you that after a long exhausting journey at Poly, I have successfully  finished  my  studies!

I will forward you a progress report as soon as  it’s ready from the college.

Looking forward to meet you.

Hello Josie,

I write not only to let you know in detail about my results of final examination

but also to ask for further sponsorship.

I sat for 23 courses in the examination. These courses are grouped into Basic Sciences,

Minor clinical sciences and major clinical sciences. I passed all the courses with good

Grades which on average amounted to Diploma in clinical medicine with credit.

Find attached copies for such details.

Following these results, I have been given a chance to continue my studies in Bachelor

Of Science in Environmental Health at polytechnic which is one of the constituent college of the university of Malawi for a duration of three years. During this period I am supposed to pay tuition and economic fees annually. I will inform you about money required annually once the fees structure is ready. After finishing this course we will be employed by ministry

of health and we will be working in communities as Environmental Health Officers. Our work will include sensitizing people about infection prevention, hygiene and others so that we can minimize outbreaks of serious diseases such as cholera.

From your help, many people will benefit because they will know how to prevent and take care of themselves and their community.

I am waiting for your kind response.

Yours Sincerely,

CHRISPIN MANDIWA.

(NCHIMATRUST STUDENT)
